Each individual may hold only one active funbet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. All accounts must be registered under the holder's own legal identity.
funbet is strictly available to adults aged 18 and above. Age verification may be required at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
All funbet account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified in the account holder's name — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a linked bank account.
Bonus abuse, use of automated scripts or bots, fraudulent chargebacks, collusion, match-fixing, and any form of money laundering are strictly forbidden. Accounts involved in prohibited activities will be permanently suspended.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

funbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on funbet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances derived from Bonus Funds.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. funbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
funbet accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any balance within it to another individual.
funbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including — but not limited to — at registration, before your first withdrawal, before processing a withdrawal above ৳50,000, or if suspicious activity is detected on your account.
Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address documents may also be required. Documents must be current, legible, and match the personal details registered on your account.
funbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and restrict account functionality during an ongoing KYC review. Accounts that fail to pass KYC checks, or where the account holder refuses to provide requested documentation, may be permanently closed.
All deposits to your funbet account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. funbet does not currently impose a maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and linked bank accounts) may apply their own transaction limits.
Deposits are typically credited to your funbet Account Balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation by the relevant payment provider. funbet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
funbet does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile-money provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which funbet accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If that method is unavailable, funbet will process the withdrawal to another Verified Payment Method registered on the account.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operational hours (09:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside operational hours are queued and processed from 09:00 BST the following day.
funbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity or payment verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been flagged. Processing time may be extended during such reviews.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed in full. Only the real-money portion of your Account Balance is available for withdrawal at any time, unless and until Bonus Funds have been converted to withdrawable funds through the completion of wagering requirements.
funbet does not charge a withdrawal fee. Third-party charges applied by your mobile-money provider or bank are outside funbet's control and are not refunded.
funbet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or a slot game spin, the round will be completed and settled according to its outcome as recorded on the game provider's server. funbet will credit or debit the Player's Account Balance in accordance with that recorded result. Claims of disconnection will not be considered grounds for a refund if the game server recorded a completed round.

funbet strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. Any account found to belong to a Player under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposits returned to the verified payment source. Real-money winnings accumulated by an underage Player will be forfeited.
funbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any remaining real-money Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet converted through wagering) will be returned to the Player's Verified Payment Method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the funbet Platform — including but not limited to the funbet brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, odds data, and game interfaces — is the property of funbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of funbet.
The names and logos of third-party game providers and payment partners displayed on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used with permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, funbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their funbet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
funbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. funbet does not warrant that access to the Platform will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers may affect availability without prior notice.
funbet accepts no responsibility for the quality, reliability, or fairness of third-party game content beyond ensuring that only games from reputable, independently audited providers are made available on the Platform.
funbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to prevent ongoing harm, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
The version date and version number displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are revised. The version in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and submit a written account closure request to [email protected] before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute, funbet encourages Players to first contact the Support team at [email protected] so that the matter can be resolved informally and promptly.
funbet will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the Support process, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause restricts a Player's statutory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
